So i just recently got a mail helix 915 for 20$ on let go he told me he works at a office and the PSU stopped working so his it guy decided to just get rid of it so he got to keep it I bought it from him , I looked on Amazon and bought a new PSU and I plugged all the components in the PSU and the PC didn't even turn on no matter what I did I decided to do the paper clip test on the PSU to see if it works and sure enough it came on and was working good so is there something wrong with the board because I don't understand why nothing is turning on no LEDs no nothing it's just dead what do I do

There are many web pages about a dead PC. Read over https://www.google.com/search?q=desktop+computer+won't+turn+on

As you can see it's always to reduce what's in the machine to bare minimums. We don't need a case, RAM, video card, RAM, drives, keyboards and so on. We have to get it to power up first.

If you reduce the parts to say motherboard, CPU+HSF and PSU and it still doesn't power up you are looking at the three possible bad parts.
