Well,...

After watching that video, why do I have the sudden urge to go and repeatedly smack a old short bald on the head? Anyway, good thing I don't like wrestling games, because that was ridiculous. And I believe my worst loading time game(Mercury) still beats that by a minute or 2. And I don't buy UMD movies because I refuse to pay that much when I can get a DVD (for less sometimes) with more features. Plus, I know I can still watch it on my PSP....somehow. Wink

My favorite games so far:
1) Metal Gear Acid - (Grown person's Yu-gi-oh, it seems)
2) Hot Shots Golf Open Tee - Played it to death
3) Mercury - Frustratingly good (personally)
and
4)*TIE* Lumines and Namco Museum Battle Collection
Thankfully, Lumines is not as addictive to me as it
has been said to be and NMBC gets pulled out for
quick nostalgia fits.

Good one

I had to laugh at your superbowl commercial reference, RodderRodder.

As for the PSP. When it first came out, I had this overwhemling urge to go out and buy one even though I'm not much of a gamer. It was just SO cool. But I didn't. instead, I bought one for a friend who is a huge gamer.

Sadly, Sony has taken what should have become the coolest piece of technology in decades and completely boned it.

A buddy of mine works for a gaming studio and he said that they wanted to develop one of their titles for the PSP but that it would have been competition for one of Sony's titles and because of the politics involved, they had to back down. Sony has killed themselves on this one and all I can say is they fully deserve the relative failure that has come of the PSP.

But I don't think i've seen that Super Bowl Commercial you are talking about. I'll have to check it out. I am assuming that it was taken from the same source I was refferring to: The Benny Hill Show (Google him. I'm sure there is a clip floating around).

Two games
Mar 11, 2006 6:59PM PST

I have two games that I'm pretty hooked on: SOCOM and Burnout Legends. Actually, I already played SOCOM all the way through so every now and then I'll play online, but I'm really addicted to Burnout Legends.

I also have Infected - that's actually a really fun game! I got some UMD movies for Christmas, but I've recently been burning DVDs (with commentary tracks) from my collection onto my PSP.

Yes, but....

I'm pretty sure I can give you other reasons why I don't have Smackdown vs. Raw, but...that after looking at that comparison, I think I'd rather wait for a game than play a faster loading one that's going to make me blow groceries after thirty seconds...*urp*!
