PSC 2110 self-test problem

I have a PSC 2110 that worked fine, until I picked it up, turned it every which way, and set it back on the table. Now, when I go to the menu, select self-test, it starts, but light does not come on. If I rerun, it says it is busy. The same goes for trying to print, or scan.

Any ideas on how to check what step is hanging the PSC 2110?
