Depends on the games

Which is better depends on the games, and your preference for game genres. I wouldn't be overly interested in either console if they came with a FPS and a sports game, but if one came with a couple of RPGs, then I'm listening. But, maybe you like FPS and sports games, so that would be more appealing to you.

The 360 is going to be mostly FPS and action-adventure games, while the PS3 is going to be more RPGs and anime based games. So, pick the console that is likely to have games more to your liking. After all, that's what you buy a game console for isn't it; the games?

Tough call

That's a tough call to make considering that you're looking at 2 bundles that are the same price.

The 360 currently has a far better selection of games available but they also got off to a big head start. I'm probably going to get a Xbox 360 for Xmas because it is currently considerably cheaper here in the US for a core system than a PS3 core system and because I'm dying to play some of the games that are already out for the 360.

But if I was choosing between the 2 systems and they were the same price, I'd opt for the PS3. The reason why for me personally- I don't do much online gaming and don't like the fact that you have to pay extra for an Xbox Live sub when the Sony equivalent (all though currently inferior to Xbox live)is free. And I also like the built in wireless capability of the PS3.

It may seem good but you actually have to pay subscription fees to certain games. All sony games are without subscription fees though.

What you pay for...

Well xbox live comes down to about just under $3.25 (US) a month
Ps3 is free...
But after using xbox live and playing online with sony. ( yes it was ps2)
I'll pay the $3.25.. There is a noticable difference...
The service is worth $$

But.. it about what games you want to play...

I like my 360, in part because I can stream music and photos from my pc..
I'll get a ps3 when the price comes down. And there are games to play.
I think both systems are very good... right now Xbox 360 has the upper hand, time will tell.

I still have my ps2!

Ok... do you ahve an HDMI tv?? But that duzznt matter..., You gotta look at the whole situation... PS3 has been out for a year and so far the only significant events were its price drops! Sony is not going anywhere with the PS3,

The PS3 you want... is it the one with the rumble controllers and the 80 gig drive? if it isnt then you dont even have to think about this. People talk about the good graphics but there really not that good. Compared screenshots showed that the 360 actually had better graphics! I was surprised... And Xbox live is no comparison to what the PS3 has for online. When you buy a game for xbox, its like buying two. One for the game/missions and one for online. Its a very different game experience online and its really fun! But PS3 offeres live for free and its not good.

There arent alot of games for the PS3 and there not gonna come out with hundreds of more any time soon. There are hundreds of different things to compare. Go to Crave.com and look at some comments that people put on for the 360 or PS3 or anything of that sort. YOU WILL find a LOT of usefull info there...

Wish you luck... and hope you make the right decision. Happy
hit me up on what you get...

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
