Proxy manager has a problem

My Roxio is back on track and i have completed creating 3 cd when on my 4th i encountered this problem ie:"Proxy Manager has encountered a problem and need to close" I check a bit further and got the following info- VCgproxyfilemanager9.exe .....app ver.9.1.1.21 Modname:cinemaster audio.dll.
Is this problem related to roxio or what i am doing or what exactly is causing this problem.
System info: AMD Athlon, 800mhz, 1024mb, 40ghd and XP-PRO
Foot note the 4th cd includes about 15 short video that was been done as one video and under one name. The first 3 dvds were all single shows per dvd

The ZA debacle will extend to other proxy managers and servers.

I am not sure which forum u mean

But i must say that i have been all over xp-forum archive looking for a problem similar to mine and found none. It would seem a lot of people do have proxy issues but each seem to be with different causes. Once i am unable to find one that relates to my particular issue, then i post my question. I also google the problem but find many answers to be to vague and far from what my problem is. AT least here i can state exactly what my problem is and in return expect to get a direct answer most of the time.

Any and all "proxy", "firewall", and such errors are likely due to yesterday's update. Look at the top of this forum now and try it's resolution. If need be, uninstall the KB noted there.
