My wife works for our State and is an administrator within her department. Recently she was awarded the ?Un-sung Hero? award by the attorneys and fellow administrator?s of her department.

Now, here?s the good part. She volunteer?s her time for our local Humane Society. She goes to the shelter and walks dogs around the block and she attends board meetings as well as other helpful deeds. Once a year they have a yard sale to raise money for the shelter and yesterday they raised $3,000.00 at the annual yard sale. She was thrilled about that and after she got home she was tired and sort of dreary looking so I cooked her a steak with an oven baked potato all to her liking........charred thru-out. Happy

She doesn?t solicit money for the shelter at her work nor is she a pushy person by any stretch. But many there will donate money from time to time because they?re good people and they know that she gives of her time and she never makes an issue about it. For her birthday they pool money together and donate to the shelter in her name.

Yeah, she?s always been my hero and I?m proud to have her. Happy Our grandson think?s she?s the greatest ?G-G? in the world, too.

Blessings and thanks to her for all she does so unselfishly.

It may appear on the surface that her good works are not far-ranging in scope, but that is not true. Your wife enriches all of humankind (and animalkind Wink ), and leads the way for others to do the same.

And bless you, too, for your support, respect and love for her and all that she stands for. You deserve a reward, also Happy

Take care,

Your wife is definitely to be admired for her work and volunteerism.

And, might I add, for her choosing a husband who appreciates both!

Bless you both!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
