ProShow Gold Help

Are there any users of ProShow Gold here? I have just got this software and think it is great - but I am experiencing a repeat problem...

Several times now when I am creating a show, when I press play in preview nothing happens. I have to close the whole program and restart it.

Can anyone help me with this?

Before you press play.....

Click on a slide in the lower window, to highlight that slide. That slide is where the playback will start.

If no slide is highlighted, it will not play.

If you did have a slide highlighted, click the slide right next to it and then click the original slide.

I have seen instances when the software fails to see the highlighted slide.

If you are using Version 2.5, which is the latest version, and encounter problems; you can contact
Photodex. They need to know of any problems, so that they can be fixed.

They have been listening to their customers. That is why ProShow Gold works so well.

They will want to know what operating system you are using (Windows XP, Win98 or WinME).
