Proper settings for LG 49UH6030 HDR

by AverageJoe88 / December 19, 2016 9:59 AM PST

I'm having some major issues getting the most out of the HDR, or maybe I just think it's not set right. I'm using the LG 49UH6030 with my Xbox One S. The HDR turns on but just doesn't look right. I guess what I'm asking for is for someone that has this model or something close to this one. To list all their settings to help me out. I can't find anything online for this.

Thanks in advance.

But LG, HDR is in the news about "issues." Call it in and ask for fixes and support.

Both XBOX and PS4 users are yelping. It's not you.

Can you provide me a link so when I call I can reference it.

OK I found a couple articles by Forbes one claiming only PS4 Pro has issues with connectivity, but both Xbox one S and PS4 pro have input lag issues. Input lag isn't what my problem is. I was just asking what my settings should be at ideally for HDR to maximise my experience.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
