since you mention that it has had problems "Right out of the box " I would personally have the manufacturer or store (depending on the warranty) take care of the matter expeditiously while it is still covered by warranty.
The symptoms you describe could indicate either hardware or software or a combination of the two as a source of the problem.
Right out of the box my computer started messing up. after a while of a program running no matter which one it was it would go into not responding and if i continued messing with another program it would freeze my whole computer. If I let the program process for awhile sometimes it would respond again. but i was told that I had a corrupted Windows and to restore it and i did but it did not work. does anyone have any ideas. Is it my computer or OS. Do i have a lemon and should i send it back. thank you
