Program/games stuttering

Hello

Last few days I am experiencing some serious stuttering/hanging for about 10 seconds reglularly especially running games.
As I am not much of a techy I am asking for some pointers here.
Temps seem to be ok

That Seagate.

Look at the read error rate on the Seagate. Since you have a SSD just unplug the Seagate and see if that helps. This is a very common cause of what may be hard for some to find stuttering. The delays are when these drives are accessed and Windows pretty much waits for the drive to try again and again and ....

Yes thank you, that seemed to be the issue.
Need to get me a new hard drive then
