You may have to take ownership of the registry key or tree.
1. Try it in SAFE MODE.
2. Take a tutorial on registry key and tree ownership and pemissions.

Segurazo installed w/o my knowledge or approval. I had a hard time uninstalling from control panel but I still have it in my registry. Regedit.exe can't get rid of it. 'unable to delete all specified values'. I need help, it is eating memory.
