I save the user files to a few backups then factory reset the machine.
The hours that you could lose otherwise are legendary.
I recently got a new laptop (Acer Travelmate X with Win10) and I was still setting it up with all the programs I think I need. But today I accidently downloaded some really nasty stuff. Now I get into the internet, even though I'm connected, there's allways this damn icon on the screen, there alre steadily popping windows up and the CPU is overstretched all the time.
I tried to uninstall the program(s) and all the stuff that goes with it, but it didn't. So I finally decided to reset my laptop with the reset function. It looked fine but in the end it said that there was a problem and it eventually didn't change a thing.
So again I tried to uninstall it in different ways. I tried to uninstall it via cmd but told me that I didn't rights to do so.
I tried some other things but it allways came to end as it told me I didn't have the rights or the admin needs to give the rights.
So my problem is that the program took my admin rights (and is admin now)
