Program Replacements

I'm looking for a replacement to both MS Project & MS Visio. Freeware is preferred, but I will accept shareware.

MS-visio can't be replaces

I don't think so it would be really easy to replace MS-Visio, or MS-Project as if someone is habitual to these kinds of project management software its pretty difficult to get stuck to others
