Program Mode for s90

I'm sorry I'm driving you guys nuts! I've figured out, from playing around with the SX120 and the SD940 that I like shooting in program mode. Would either of these two work just fine for me (shooting kids inside and out) or would the s90 be that much better? I really want the s90, but don't know if I can justify the cost as I will never shoot fully manual. Thanks!

If were talking no flash for indoor shots then the S90 is worth it, but otherwise the flash evens things out some.
