program guide?

We have been spoiled by our converter box and its program guide. We are now in need of a new TV--which will have a digital tuner. I've seen that some TVs have both a digital tuner and an analog tuner. Is it possible to use the converter box with these analog tuners? I'm looking for a basic TV without all the whistles and bells. We are using an antenna, no cable or dish.

Are you getting a used TV?

Otherwise I would think all the TV that they sell in the store should be digital now, which means no box is necessary.

You won't need the analog tuner (=NTSC)

The OTA broadcasters have all switched to digital (=ATSC). If you do find a TV with both types of tuners the analog portion will not be used.
