Program Display

by harryrutten / October 15, 2009 2:51 AM PDT

When opening a program from a desk top icon or All Programs the Program screen never appears as a full screen. I have to maximize it or cascade it horizontally to obtain a full size program screen. How can I correct this? Thanks in advance for help.

Thanks for your answer. It did not produce any results. It opens a frozen window labled IE Properties with no reference to Normal or any other obvious command. In any case it was frozen solid. I tried 4 times.

Now make shortcut that will reveal this items.

Your top post did not reveal it was the IE on the desktop. That's not a shortcut and the fix to get IE to open maximized has been discussed before. If that's the one, don't leave out that detail.

I am not referencing IE Specifically. No program opens maximized. The IE came from your link.

It's an example where you can follow along to discover or learn about shortcut properties. Try another shortcut.
