Program Crashes

I've got a program called WinTD. It's a program used for the running of chess tournaments. At certain times during operation I get an error that reads "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify..."

Only certain operations cause this so far, and am wondering if there's a problem on my side rather than the program. The program is supposed to be compatible with Windows 10.

I've ran Event viewer, and there are logs about this error, but I don't know what to do with them.

Can anyone help, please?

It could be...

Well, it very well could be the program, but I also have windows and/or IE/Firefox crashes as well with errors similar to this, and they close.

I've sent a support ticket to Estima. It doesn't appear that their forums are active any longer.

Thanks for the advice.
