Resolved Question

Program Auto Starts At Log-in

Mar 21, 2016 5:29AM PDT

I just did a fresh re-install of Windows 7 Professional. All programs are back in and running smooth, almost. When I log-in, iTunes starts automatically. Only on my profile. Not on the other 3 on our desktop. I also posted at Apple, but believe it's a setting in Windows. I checked every option/setting in iTunes. It's not there. There is nothing in startup on the start menu. This is making me crazy.

Have a look in the startup tab of MSCONFIG.

Just before my initial post. I unchecked iTunes under the startup tab in MSCONFIG. I then rebooted the system and it did not help. Now 48 hours later it has stopped. Thanks for every one's help.

Re: MSCONFIG and Autoruns Tool

I should have mentioned in the OP, I had iTunes unchecked in MSCONFIG. Autoruns found nothing. Do you think uninstalling iTunes, rebooting then re installing may help?

If it does not show in your startup group look close at scheduled task.
