I have seen only this website is having the list of proftp server web interface list. If any one wants proftpserver web interface or GUI you can check this link.You can use these tools to maintain your proftpd server easily.

What about ftp insecurities?

What I am nonhappy about is that ftp can send name/password in the clear to said servers. This is one reason I never enable anything more than an anonymous ftp server.

What to use? Try any ssh server such as OpenSSH or secureftp servers and clients.
