General discussion

I am still a newbie. Although I started a thread in 2007./But been
away from the cmputer. / Question: "To my knowledge". Isn't one's profile supposed to give some discription about one's self. My Profile displays a question that I had asked. Although it was answered by a number of people in the windodw xp section where I had
submitted the question. But why is it also in my Profile. And how do I delete this info. And submit a Profile of myself.

This might help.

1. Click 'View Profile' in the top right hand corner.
2. Once you're on your profile click 'Edit my profile'.

You can change your bio there.

The first page displayed when you view your CNet profile is just basic information, some of which is replies to recent posts that you have submitted. I don't believe that there is currently any way to delete post information from your profile.

To view and edit your publicly viewable profile, select the "My bio" tab on that initial page.
