processor information on Windows NT

Hi All

We have 4 processors (32-bit ) on windows NT.
Currently our CPU utilization is 20% max at any time.

If we reduce the number of processors to 2 would there be any impact?

With the same type of processes it should be only very slightly slower. Why not do a benchmark?
