Problems with the Samsung YP-T9QB/XAA... Please help!

Yesterday, I was transferring some files into my mp3 player, but my computer froze during the process. I restared my my computer and turned my mp3 player off and then back on to try and transfer the files on again, but when I opened Samsung Media Studio, it said that there was no device connected to the computer. I tried to transfer the files through Windows Media Studio, but it didn't work and an error message popped up... Please help! =.="

By the way, my computer is a Windows XP, if that helps...^_^"

I got the same problem, is weird because in other computer it works perfectly.

Something I can't understand is why in my computers the mp3 appears as a MPT divice and I can see any of the files i have stored, while in the other computer appears as an another drive and i can drag n drop.

Please someone help me!!!

If it helps im runing windows XP profesional SP2
