Problems with soundtracks in itunes

Hey everyone, Im new to the itunes program and other than it being a little buggy its not bad. My main problem is riping my numerous soundtracks with various artist. Itunes has them scattered all over my library. And cannot retrieve the album art ( and I know how to do this). I have my soundtracks as a compulation but does not work. Can I "consolidate" or orginize my library so it will have all the songs under ONE album section??..Thanx

There is more than one way to add album art. Did you try the other way?

Drag and drop from somewhere like amazon??..then yes. But thats just half my problem...When my soundtrack comes up it has a name of one of the artist right with it. What will happen if I delete this name?? Also can I consolidate so all my songs for the soundtrack is together??

I was only addressing the album art issue. The other issue is something you may have to play with or see if it's a dead end. I read your post twice and can't see where the issue is or maybe I misread it. Or you just need a few weeks using iTunes. For instance I have a friend that hated it but only had tried to use it for an hour.

But what is the way your talking about retrieveing album art?? I do have some probs with that on a couple albums, like album art on the wrong album

I select the tracks, right click, get info, artwork and either open a file or drag an image to that view. I guess most wouldn't look at get info too deeply.
