Problems with some websites....

I go to some websites and get the following throughout the screen:

I didn't know that I had to give my computer history and my life story. I didn't mention the site b/c it's more than one and I mentioned earlier that a guy two offices down didn't have problems with any of the sites and we use the same server, so there must be some setting on my computer that is not right. I thought someone could just give me a few ideas on what it could be. One of the sites that gives me problems is wamu.com. I am using IE with everything updated.
