Most outlook express owners don't know how to change the security settings in Tools, Options, Security to allow the pictures to be shown.
I bet you are sending pictures and now will be their tech support to fix their email.

I am having trouble sending pictures with Outlook 2003. When I attach pictures to send to friends and family many times I get responses saying that they did not receive any pictures. I normally just type my email and then click the attach button and attach my pictures. Does anyone know why no one seems to receive my attached pictures? Actually, it seems like it is usually those recipients that are also using a form of Outlook or Outlook Express that have the most problem. Thanks for any help and tips.
