Problems with new firmware HT-C5500

Hallo,

I don't know if this is the right place to write.

I'm from Italy so sry for my bad english.

Now the problem:

I bought Samsung HT-C5500 and I used it many times.
I had never a problem but recently I Have updated the firmware, and now, occasionally, with video with too much moving object it goes slowly and sometimes stop the video...

I wish to go back at the first firmware and try with it, is possible??

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Blu-Ray player.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to prior versions of firmware typically. If it is available, you'd have to contact the Samsung customer service center in your region to acquire previous versions or better direction on how to get your unit repaired.
