Problems with my Nyko Intercooler EX (Xbox 360)

Jul 5, 2007 1:42PM PDT

I connected it and it seems pretty secure but the problem is when I plug in the power, it doesn't seem to be very secure. It is so loose that with a little tugging I can pull the cable out. Obviously with it pushed as hard as I can in there, when I turn it on, nothing happens. I am going to contact the company tomorrow to see if they can help but I don't have a receipt.

Any ideas/tips?
