Problems with IE 9 Internet Explorer

Where can I find step-y-step instructions on:
How to un-install and re-install
Internet Explorer IE9.
I am using Vista Home Preium
operating system.
and I am getting the following
error message when trying to print
a web page
There was an internal error, and internet Explorer is unabel to print this docement? Re://iefram.dll/preview.js
Preview js,line 2126 character 1 ??

As far as I know, uninstall reinstall does not cure that

try using another browser (Firefox and Chrome are free) to print the occasional webpage, even if you prefer to continue using IE9 for the daily browsing.

I've learned to use what works in stead of spending a lot of time trying to fix some things.
