Question

Problems with group mailings

Sep 28, 2013 4:15AM PDT

We are having issues using live mail to send group e-mails. We have made up the mailing group lists but when we try to use them we sometimes end up sending to the entire list (the desired outcome) but sometimes only some of the names are actually included as recipients and others in the group don't get the e-mail. Any suggestions?

You could try uninstalling & reinstalling WLM or you could use Thunderbird in place of it.

There are too many discussions about this.

I'm going to shortchange you and not duplicate prior discussions. All we know is that MSFT and your ISP do have limits to CC and BCC as well as how many emails you can send. Again, all well discussed and these limits can be some number at a time, per hour, per day or something else.

But you could try another email client as WLM seems to have too many discussions.
