Aug 13, 2016 11:50AM PDT

my motho keeps giving me the intrusion error and i have tried removing the battery, i have removed all cables around it, i do not have anything on the sensor, also used the reboot bios plugs, and i have reinstalled everything twice. do not even tell me its in the manual cause u have not seen the manual. there is no bios removal of this, there is no sensor we can remove , and there is no manual that says of anything of this. i have went through every page from 1-1 through 1-34, 2-1 through 2-40. if you can help that will be extremely appreciated

Clarification Request
I'm sure you have the motherboard manual.

Supply a link for me to check where the connection is for this feature. For years I would jumper this set of pins to solve this. I can't tell why your support didn't offer this. It's a minor not serious issue.

what type of link

what type of link are you requesting. i have recently bought the motherboard and i can't even download an os because this issue keeps taking over before i can boot it properly.

Since I can't find the manual.

I have to ask you to supply it in either a link or web address for me to write what I would do next.

If that's not possible and the maker and seller have abandoned you, time to get a refund or exchange for another working model.

To me this feature has been a non-issue as I jumper the pins and I'm done. Sorry if anything I write sounds uncaring of shallow but I can only work it with what I know and what you can supply.

Intrusion error

Look at page 1-2/1-20 of the manual.

The mobo should have come stock with a jumper on those pins.
