I'd remove it and move on.

Hello All,I have not been on here since i started 2013 but something happened the other day which worried me...I have Downloaded Malware 10bit from CNET UK after it said they were the Top Malware company...No Problems downloading or operating their controls either,3 Odd weeks past and I Decided to Buy the Product that was the Start of my Problems...I paid for the Product on the 22/10/2014 and a week later i had heard not a thing...10 Days had now gone past and still nothing...I started looking on their Website which stated I had not got or had Purchased anything from them...Though i knew i had...I Decided to send them a email explaining as i was not really Happy with their lack of Service...No Reply,But i did managed to find a page that stated I Had Paid for the Products,Which i downloaded to my Photocopier,Just in case they could not find that i had paid in their system..So i sent them another email telling i wanted my money back...They Replied back saying it must of got lost and I Would get the Product the following day by email and the Backup CD within 5/7 working days...3 Days later I Still have Not Received anything from this Company....My Main point is I came to CNET UK because I Trusted this Website,Now I am having my Doubts... What do you Think? Thank you pumpkin2013.

Yes I did mean 10bit and i now have details and the System on my computer...Yet this Huge company have failed to reply or repay me altogether...I Downloaded this from here as it was the Top Malware system available...I am going to remove it but they owe me money......Thanks.
I would never recommend using any of IObits software and utilities. In the past they have been caught doing unethical things. Do an online search on them if you want to find out more.
If you paid with credit card, it may be time to contact the cc company and dispute the payment.
Yes Thank you I Will...In future i will Never Trust this site again...Thanks for your help.
Maybe it was an ad you saw on Cnet.co.uk?
If it was a real CNET page, from one of our editors or reviewers, can you provide a link. I can't imagine anybody not related to the company Iobit would write it's a "top malware company". If you can tell us the url on our site that shows it, I'll gladly see if I can have it corrected or removed.
