Question

Problems w/ c-Net Video and Mac OSX 10.9

Dec 11, 2013 3:14AM PST

CNET TV and all videos are MIA on my 27 inch iMac running OSX 10.9 and Safari v. 7.0. Funny thing is most other video offerings from various vendors work without a problem. When I go to CNET TV I see the blank screen, and the video selection windows below the screen, and the icons to the Left of the screen. But NOTHING works when clicked to slect or play! What the heck am I missing? BTW: this issue is something new that only appeared with the upgrade to IOS 10.9 and concurrent Safari 7.0 update. Thanks for your comments/advice/help. I miss your review and videos! <grin>

Do you have the Firewall on or something in your router that could be blocking the video content?

We tested with the same combination and were able to play videos.
