Problems loading easy media creator 7 platinum

operating system XP.
I have recently purchased the above but can't get mycomputer to accept it.
I can get as far as programme asking for customer information but when I press the 'next' icon to continue it doesn't work. I thought the problem was with the CD so I had it exchanged. Same result.
This is not a problem with other programmes.
Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. It is not a pirated copy

EMC 7

Hi Angela,

I've got no solution for you I'm afraid. Perhaps someone else here has.

When you hit the Next button, you say it doesn't work, but what happens? Nothing, or do you get an error message or something else?

I've provided a link below to Roxio's forum site for EMC 7. If we can't help you here you may want to explore the threads there and see if anyone has had similar problems, or if not, post a request for help.

I'm sorry I cannot be of more help.

Mark

Thanks for trying.
When I click on the Next button, nothing at all happens. No error messages appear and the icon doesn't even show as busy
