Deleting Programs
Feb 13, 2005 2:26PM PST

First, never try to delete a program. You usually cannot delete the drivers. It is installed on the computer and must be uninstalled. Go to the Control Panel/Add Remove Programs/ select the program then click remove.
If you have indeed deleted some of the files, it may not uninstall. If so, try to reinstall the program, then uninstall it.
Best of Luck

Have you read the discussion in this forum about this?

It was surprising that USB problems and various software such as Nero's InCD or Roxio's DirectCD (and such as) create problems. What some lament is that Kodak won't help (for free) to fix their PC.
