Problems contacting

(I am posting this here because I have not received any responses from emails I sent through the support page.)

I cannot manage my subscriptions in the "my account" area of

When I choose "Payment Information" and then select the "Click Here" by one of my product listings, it takes me to a page with specific info about that subscription. The sentence at the top this page reads: "To edit the payment information below, click the "Edit" link at the bottom to change it." Problem is, there is no edit button listed at the bottom of the page? I checked this page in multiple browsers to see if that was the issue but I still have the same problem?

working with support and their platform is a real nuiscance I detest...slow, often not reading my mails, losing my account data (to be fair, perhaps I made a mistake), unresponsive and a crashing platform so i cannot pay for my subscription even if I wanted to...

So I am looking for alternatives to get rid of them...any suggestions?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
