I have just purchased a Samsung BD Blu Ray player 6500, and updated the firmware the first day we used it. We have gone through the setup for wireless connection with no problems, and the network test via the Blu Ray player says we have a good signal.My laptop also works fine with a wireless connection in the same room My problem is the message on our TV (Samsung UE407020) says we have no signal when I try to access the internet@TV. I have tried using a LAN connection to the Blu Ray player with no success. When I check the internet connection on the TV settings it says we are not connected.
Sorry I am a middle aged techonphobe so hope this makes sense!!
Samsung were no help what so ever on the phone, the adviser said my blu ray was broken but it plays DVDs fine....even Avatar!!
