Problems Coming Out of Sleep

Apr 24, 2009 10:59AM PDT

Hello all!
I am having more problems with my Mac Mini once again. This problem is very similar to my last problem from about two months ago. I can't get my Mini to come out of sleep sometimes.
Here's the info on the system:
It is a Dual-Core Intel Mac Mini (previous generation)
OS X 10.5.6
Western Digital Firewire External Hard Drive connected to Time Machine
The code from Console that I believe is related to this problem:
18:41:23 ****-******-mac-mini mdworker[83]: (Error) SyncInfo: Boot-cache avoidance timed out!

I did a fresh install of OS X when I had the similar problem last time.
