Problem with XP boot up and fresh copy installation

was installing winxp sp2 and i terminated the installation prematurely. now when i insert the new disk or the same disk to install, nothing happens on the boot up. It is left blank. I have selected the CD/DVD as the first bootup and the hard disk as the second boot up device. please help me...
