Is this web page the software in question?
http://downloads-zdnet.com.com/3000-2366-10233845.html

If so, Windows 3, 95, 98 and ME have FIXED SIZE 64 thousand byte memory pools. There is NO fix from Microsoft for this issue. Ever. It's up to you to add what software works and unload what doesn't. It's also up to you to do research and reading of Memory and Optimizing Windows Articles at http://www.aumha.org/articles.htm

I use Mozilla so I don't need such a software...

Sadly, I did not see a reply to my question. If the software was the one noted, you may have to install it again, then remove it.

If you have to remove it manually, then you should contact the author since I have not uninstalled this one.
