Question

problem with windows 10

Mar 28, 2017 6:11PM PDT

I am running windows 10. Periodically my computer will freeze. The screen doesn't go blank, it just freezes. ctl, alt, delete doesn't work, esc doesn't either. I have to manually shut down and reboot. Any suggestions?

After you reboot the computer, does it freeze again?

Did you checked the task manager to see if the CPU usage rate and memory usage rate?

Try to install a system clean software to detect it and clean it regularly. And it can also told you what problem take more CPU, GPU and Memory.
