Why webshots won't work with windows XP professional that has service pack 2?

i have 2 pc's running XPHE SP2 and webshots with no problems at all. you have something else going on causing the problem. try uninstalling webshots and redownloading it. dont keep reinstalling from file as the save file on hard drive might be the problem. redownload and replace the saved file you already had and see if that fixes it. before uninstalling you might want to save your collections folder to a different location so you wont have to hunt them back down again. you can copy and paste back in after the reinstallation.
