I assume you are making a VCD (Video CD).
I assume your computer meets not just the requirements, but also the recommended hardware.

Try playing this VCD on a set-top DVD player as well as the computer.
Try playing the VCD on a friends computer and see if the performance is better.
The quality of a video on a VCD is not as good as on a DVD. The picture size is about 352 x 288 and may look blockey if expanded to a DVD image size of 720 x 576.

the movie works good before we burn to cd but burnt cd is slow ,choppy . we are using cannon powershot s1is . we can go from camera to computer to cd and it looks good .
