Problem with The Neverhood shutting down

Jul 19, 2009 10:18PM PDT

I bought the full version download of the Neverhood for Windows XP and Vista. It starts out fairly well but when you get to the middle of the game it wants the game disk. Could someone tell me why a full download is asking for a disk, and how to fix this.

Then contact Cnet.

This is nothing but a discussion forum where there would be no support for stuff bought from Cnet.

However I couldn't find where Cnet sells this title.

Then complain

Then complain to whichever service you bought it from. The only legal one I'm aware of is Valve's Steam, so if that's where you got it, complain to Valve. Though odds are you'll need to be connected to Steam in order to play it.

If you got it off of some file sharing network, then see Bob's earlier comment.

If I had bought it elsewhere I would be complaining elsewhere. Thank you for your polite comment.
