How did you remove it?
What software are we talking about?

The easies solution: go back with System Restore to when it was still present.

It is some third party software, i have removed it from add remove (uninstall) from windows 7 control panel, and i am trying to run setup file i got. I don't want to do system restore. is there any other way that i remove all its entries from system, i have removed its entry from system registry but i am not sure from where else i have to remove its entries to install and make it run again.

Seems you need to contact the author (the third party company that made the software), file a bug about their incomplete uninstall and ask how to solve it.
