problem with smart tv apps tv un55es7500f

Hi!, When I try to create a new account for my smart tv or open an app from the hub, my smart tv gave me this code error "error_update_003" or "error_001", the conection to internet is ok, all the others network functions are working fine, I just bought my smart tv yesterday and updated the firmeware the same day. can you help me? thx

Hi rmsands,

I'm sorry to hear about this issue you've been having. May I suggest that you open Smart Hub and then press FORWARD, 2, 8, 9, REVERSE in quick succession on your TV's remote. Follow the menu prompts and then try using it a bit to see if you get those errors again.

Answer fail.

I have done this based on advice on here and other forums, and no luck. If I log out however, I do have access to the app store. This has been going on for about a week.

I had searched the web and found that others have had this issue on a host of Samsung devices.

Today, as soon as I opened Smart Hub, I get the message that the servers are down for maintenance on Tuesday. So this is a Samsung issue, not a TV one.

I would think that a Samsung tech, would have known that this was going on. It's also listed on the Samsung Support Facebook page.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
