Problem with ringtones on Samsung SPH-M510

Hey i have a samsung sph-m510, it doesn't have internet so I can't download ringtones from the store. I'm getting quite bored of the normal ringtones so I want to change mine.

I put the ringtone file (.mp3) into my memory card and now what do I do?
