You can try unplugging the PC for a hour and plug it back in to see if that helps. You can also, try to restore your PC or go back in time. Most likely you went to a website and got a virus or glitch or downloaded or installed something that wasn't safe.Sometimes, that happens when a hard drive locks up or is going bad.Sounds like there's a bad line in your system registry for start up is why it keeps restarting. It's a windows start up issue.

If you can't get your pc to stay on long enough to back up files. You may want to pull out your hard drive to have some one copy your files that needs to be saved.Reinsert the hard drive and restore your pc to factory settings. All PC's comes with a restore disk.it's either cd disk or it's stored on your hard drive.

I recommend to check the temperature of your cpu, it may be too hot, that's why your pc could restart
