problem with outlook express

i am running win 2000 , i have all the updates , and this just started today when i try and download my mail i get an error , about having to subscribe to something , and when i type in what the error says i get an error saying the website doesnt exist . do i need to delete all of outlook epress and start over ? could it be a virus ?
any insight would be most welcomed

sorry i forgot that detail ,the detail of the error is
(( " access to hotmail via outlook and outlook express now requires a subscription , please sign up at HTTP:// error code 0x80004005" ))
i have already run super antispy ware and Advanced system care ( Obit) this is using outlook express 6
any other querys please ask

There are many reports about Hotmail. You'll have to do what they tell you to do.

And know this. I consider this one "case closed." There is nothing you need to do than follow Microsoft's instructions.

If you don't believe it and keep thinking it's something with your PC, just try on any other PC.

i have tryed it on another PC , i have mine which is running the eact same version of win 2000 and the exact same version of outlook express and my outlook express works just fine
but thank you for your opinions
