It seems, that windows XP changed my user account. I had my user name: user_name related with folder with name: user_name.
although when you go to the link you will see that it mentions Windows 2000, it also applies to Windows XP as the reasons are the same for the changed usernames - your account lost full control for its user profile folder and created a new one.

Read CAREFULLY then change permissions and registry edit.
