problem with my 2tb seagate external hdd

i dont know how it got there[but acording to my research some sort of file left back after updating], i want it deleted
its called"07b5cd1af3d6b68da536b411a55db127" its about 25mb. has files and folder and i cant open them nor can i delete them. HELP ME! to delete it

my os - windows 7 ultimate 64x,

file is on my external hdd - Segeate 2tb
